  Stopped at 2pm today (Sunday) - woman at the register must've have been ready to go home, serious attitude throughout the process, along with problems getting the order correct. Had a biggie bag (hard to screw up) the fries were not fresh, burger and nuggets were good - and a taco salad 👎🏻 disappointed in the customer service, it's not that hard to be nice to customers

  I went with my family and we ordered hamburgers. The fries were horrible, they seemed like they were the day before, hard, burnt, and dry. I don't know if the Weny company sells their awful fries; I think Mad Donald's fries are better. They need to improve the quality of their food.

  Chicken was old I had to check my fries and bring them back they were cold then got home look at my chicken sandwich 😞 Came back to get my chicken sandwich combo after I called the manager. All I ask is to be considerate of peoples time, money, food and service I honestly felt like I was being laughed at and I had to call him on it but all he cared about was me moving away from the window I don't recommend this Wendy's

  Today I met the nicest people at this Wendy’s drive-thru. Mikki was so sweet and happy and very polite and Johnny was awesome. And thanked me for my kind words. It was overall an awesome experience. Will be returning!!!

  DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. The timeliness is HORRENDOUS. Waited in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes. 4 cars were asked to "pull forward" having to park people in spaces because they were so incapable of delivering food in a timely manner. As a GM, you should be looking at your drive thru metrics and this is beyond unacceptable. Extremely unsatisfied with the experience and would encourage others to steer clear of this location.
