  I love going to Tropical Smoothie. They have delicious smoothies and I love their quick lunch options. Cheyenne was my cashier. She was so knowledgeable and helpful while helping me decide on the right smoothie with the fruit I was craving that day.

  Shittiest Tropical Smoothie I have ever been to. Smoothie was not blended correctly. A waste of $20 for two shitty smothies. Their name should be shitty smoothies. You are better off making your own smoothies. Waited 30 mins for two shitty smoothies. This is why Smoothie King will always be the king of smoothies!

  I have nothing bad to say about the food or smoothies they are decent, However I do NOT recommend this place! There is a specific worker I believe her name is Pontina, she was veryy rude and had such an awful attitude as if she did not want to be there! I believe that is no way to treat customers, I definitely will not be coming back.

  Honestly if only I could give this place no stars I would. From the moment I walked in I felt judged, The lady that attended me I think her name was Pontina I don’t really recall. She was awfully rude and gave such an attitude to me for absolutely NO REASON, the food its self wasn’t bad but even then there should be no reason for someone to be rude to customers. 0 out of 10, I would definitely not recommend for someone to check this place out. DO BETTER!

  Update: I followed up via email but haven’t received a response. I also noticed that there has been a sudden increase in reviews highlighting a specific employee by name and describing her as extremely kind. Given my experience, that feels inconsistent and raises some concerns. I didn’t get the cashiers name but she was very rude tonight. I saw her twice roll her eyes at her co workers and once at the guest that ordered before me. She also dropped something on the ground from the refrigerators where they make the Açaí bowls and put it back in the fridge. The footage definitely needs to be reviewed. This happened moments before 7:28 pm I usually come once a week and notice this type of behavior from this specific employee and it’s uncomfortable. But I couldn’t leave today without leaving a review. This needs to be looked into.
