  Sat at the menu for over 10 minutes with no update. Only two cars in the drive through and a not busy parking lot.

  Drive through is HORRIBLE! There was 1 person actually working on the line. I sat for 12 minutes waiting on a cold sandwich to be put together at 145 in the afternoon.

  This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. We ordered ONE sandwich. That was all. We were told to pull to the side and ended up waiting over 30 minutes, not even in the actual line. No updates, no communication, nothing. Eventually, an employee came out to say they were out of the bread for the sandwich we ordered. That should have been communicated upfront, not after wasting our time. I finally went inside to figure out what was going on, and I was completely ignored by multiple employees, including the supervisor. I had to interrupt just to get acknowledged. When I asked for a refund after waiting that long, the supervisor was rude and dismissive, said “you either get the sandwich or a refund” with zero effort to resolve the situation or show any basic customer service. I used to work at Panera Bread, so I know what the standard should be. This location has clearly gone downhill. Poor communication, long wait times, and staff that couldn’t care less. If you want to waste your time for an average sandwich and be treated like an inconvenience, this is your place. Otherwise, go literally anywhere else.

  Service is ridiculous slow I sat at the speaker for five minutes with no cars in front of me. This will be my last visit never busy but stay taking forever and a day to take and make order. I will go to Starbucks for now at least if I have to wait it is because they are busy not because service is slow and the crew seems to not know how to do their jobs.

  I’ve noticed a huge improvement at this Panera location in Salisbury recently! The new manager has really made a difference. The restaurant is much cleaner, the food quality has noticeably improved, and everything feels more organized. The service has also gotten better. The employees are friendlier, more attentive, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear there’s been a positive shift in leadership, and it shows in the overall experience. Great job to the team for turning things around!
