  We came in to order the Huntrix meal for my sister, and the wait ended up being around 30 minutes, which felt way too long. The employees told us they would scan our coupon, but that clearly didn’t happen since it never showed up in the app or on our receipt, and we were charged full price. On top of that, the order itself wasn’t right. The frappes we got were only about half full, and we never received the sweet tea that was supposed to come with the meal. I absolutely do not recommend anyone coming to this specific McDonalds location…

  This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to I literally sit in line at least 30 minutes each !!! They never get the order right, it is the worst customer service and the wait time is ridiculous I will not ever come back to this one again!!! Do yourself a favor and go a few exits down to the next one. .

  The food was cool when I got my breakfast. Long lines. This store is know to be VERY SLOW!!! No team work here at the store. Some workers just bounce from work station to work station. They even talk. Horribly service. Even if you talk to the store manager he doesn’t care. Chuck didn’t care. Will fix the problem but walked back to his office. I will not be coming back to this Mc Donald. I’ll give my business elsewhere

  Bottom bagel was hard like a brick , couldn’t eat it. No smiles , no thank you, staff just seemed like they hated their job.

  The ONLY McDonald's that you cab spend 20 minutes in a drive thru, and the 3 people behind you end up in front of you. This is a consistent issue. Poor management and training. Cold food, long wait times for said cold food.
