He was confused so he didn't immediately listen, so she snapped again and said "If I have to ask you again, I'm gonna tell you to leave." My friend moved but we were all incredibly frazzled by the situation. We had also already paid for our food, so we were going to be incredibly upset if she had us leave without it. Luckily, we were given the food but by a different worker. The hostile environment was incredibly uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

The speakers are clearly bad and hard to hear from/through. This inconvenience was not handled properly by her and she should NOT work the window any longer.

The manager came out, apologized, rectified the problem and even gave us a little bonus for the trouble. One of the workers came out and apologized for being the one who forgot and was so sweet. 10/10 Will be sure back to this location. Also food was hot, fresh and tasted great!
