Very rarely complain about food however ordered 1/2 cheesesteak ciabatta and 1/2 chili. 2 tiny pieces of meat covered maybe 20% of the bun. Took it up and asked and was told that was correct. Also, chili tasted like Hormel straight out of the can pasty. Will never go back. Felt like I was robbed. Certainly not worth the money.

I simply tried to order a Asiago cheese bagel sliced and toasted at 9:45am today, i specifically asked the employee if they had Asiago cheese bagels, she said yes I asked for one bagel sliced and toasted with a single plain cream cheese. I had to repeat myself twice, I drive up to the window she says it’s $11 and some change. I gave her a funny look because I ordered one bagel and small serving of cream cheese. She thought I said sandwich, I never once said sandwich, then I’m told she has to check and see if they have bagels even though I had already asked previously. I was then told I had to wait for a manager… not sure why they don’t know what’s going on in this store, but I can’t even get a bagel without it being an issue. They have a new employee that doesn’t listen to what the customer is ordering and then I had to repeat myself not only twice but three times. Waste of time and I will not be back. They should not be open if they can’t do what they advertise. Terrible service and half the time they don’t have bagels after 8:30am. Why is that so frustrating and difficult for one bagel? Don’t go to this Panera. It’s ran down and not clean when you go inside. Very filthy. And bakery looks trashed every time you go in no matter what time of day it is.

One of the best features about panera bread is that you can order ahead of time and still dine in.So it's less of a wait. And just a walk up, grab your food and enjoy. I really love the atmosphere. It's very chill and lay back with some relaxing music and lots of different seating options.Whether it be inside or outside or handicap or not.Handicapped by yourself, or if you're with your family.

This was my second time visiting this location. Both times it was a bad experience.
Today I wanted to give it another chance and went there with my toddler. The cashier was actually very nice and friendly and that’s where our positive experience ends. I ordered kids Mac and Cheese and Avo toast. We got seated and waited and waited.. Two gentlemen that ordered right before us got their food, ate and left and we still waited. When people were coming in and getting their food I decided to check the time. It had been 15 minutes. I have never waited this long in any Panera locations. Since other orders didn’t take that much time I went to ask where my order was. I was approached by a man in a purple shirt and I, very politely, said that it’s been 15 minutes and was wondering where my food was. I was asked what I ordered which I responded. This man, with an attitude, told me “that he’s very sorry” and that it took longer because of the avocado toast. I was told that they have to go in the back to slice the fresh avocado and that they just got done and “here’s my food”. Very obnoxious behavior and unprofessional. I don’t want to assume that he was the manager but if managers wear purple shirts then this person is in the wrong position. Please see the pictures of the “fresh sliced avocado”. And if you have troubles finding it, you’re not alone. This is how much of butter I put on my bread, and not to make avocado toast. Also this is obviously mashed, not sliced. Probably not even a half of avocado was used for my meal.
Totally unacceptable and will not be going back to this location.
Hard to admit it, but should have listened to my husband.

By far the worst Panera I have ever been to. We waited over 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a bagel. There was a hair on one of the sandwiches, and the bagel was so overcooked you could hammer nails with it. There just seems to be a lack of motivation and pride in everything they do here and it starts with the management. Totally disappointing.
