I noticed people who came in after us were receiving their food before we did. About 30 minutes in, our server told us our food would be out “shortly.” An hour went by and we still had nothing. I had to stop her and ask where our food was. She came back and said, “Sorry, your order was lost. What did you get again?” There was no sympathy, no urgency, and nothing offered to make the situation right. She just walked off with a stale face and began to do other things. We ended up leaving with no food on Valentine’s Day. Completely disappointing experience.

I appreciate a server who checks on you, and refills your drink before it's empty, yet doesn't constantly stop by your table. And I enjoyed talking football with her! The manager was also very kind. And the food was excellent. This is the Salisbury store on East Innes St. in Salisbury NC.
