So I came in to pick up a order and I walk right up to this girl who's sitting there with her hands on the register and I'm standing right in front of her and she doesn't say a word to me there's nobody else around and I'm sitting there looking at her waiting for her to say some she just stands there and looks off to the side like I'm not even there. So I'm sitting there waiting and then the people behind me start getting help before I did. I guess maybe if I was black things would have gone different but I am not and they just everybody there completely ignored me The girls standing I'm standing face-to-face looking at her and she wouldn't say a word to me and then when I was trying to get someone to help me with my order they started helping the people behind me so I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever come back to this McDonald's ever again It is the worst racist McDonald's I've ever been to in my life these people ought to be ashamed of theirselves. Trust me I'm old enough to know when I'm being ignored and it's because I'm white and they were black and I'm sick of it that's racism at its finest

pitiful night, help this midnight shift or stop being open 24 hours or after midnight.
The experience really brings down the area of reputation when the people taking the order sound like they're impaired and mumbling then you get to the window and you give them your online app code and they look at you like they don't know what's going on while there's some fellow that's walking back and forth around the building using profanity like he's non-stop angry no idea if this is an employee or just somebody loitering around the store too much going on in the world right now

Would give no stars. Like the person in front of me, we left the drive thru before getting our food. I had to call out to the speaker twice before getting an answer. Was met with "what can I get you?" No greeting, no nothing. Wasn't even told to pull forward. The screen was silent. Waited in line for 15mins for just an iced coffee and attitude. Y'all have truelt fallen. Will not go back.

0/10 experience. Sat in drive thru line for 20 min for the person to just stop taking orders. Went inside to ask them to put a cone in their lane if it wasnt open and the cashier stated “oh shes just not answering” absolutely unacceptable. When i asked the cashier to pass on my complaint to the manager she said “oh people have been complaining alot about it…” im appalled
