Once the apologized for the third time forgetting us they finally gave us our fries 10 minutes later. On top of that one of the employees kept saying that she needed to us the bathroom in front of customer which made the customer service experience that much worse. Yes we finally got our fries after 45 minutes of waiting with attitude
