To everyone remember not because the people around you are rude and bitter means you have to be the same.Bring some joy and manners back into life. To the owner you must not care about your business. To the employees I understand costumers can be rude and it's not easy to work in the fast food industry but that does not give you the right not to have manners and to think how you behave it's ok.

They won't Answer the phone so we can get a credit on the books.

They rang my order up with each individual item so i didn't get the meal discount. When i asked about it at the window the girl made up some stupid lie about the 8$ meal being the other size. So i paid $4 extra to get the next size up? No maam. Your boss told you to ring everything up like that so they get more money.
