  My only complaint is I got ignored when I first walked in. But other then that they make a dam good coffee there and they do it exactly how you want it and not how they think you would want it. I have had other places do that.

  I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese lightly toasted. The bagel was burnt, super dry and tough to chew. I will not return to this Dunkin Donut again, food is too expensive to give customers just anything. If I wasn’t already at work I would have returned the dry crunchy bagel.

  I ordered the $5 Meal Deal that comes with a wrap, a coffee, and hash browns. I get the same order from every Dunkin. When I picked up my food I was missing hash browns. When I informed the employees they said I didn’t order hash browns. I told them I order the $5 Meal Deal and it comes with that as part of it. They told me there were no hash brown on the ticket (could not help me pull up my order on the app or provide me with their version of my ticket) so I must not have ordered them and refused to give them to me. I repeated that it comes with the meal that I ordered and got the rest of, but they told me they didn’t know what happened and couldn’t give me the hashbrowns.

  Its a hate and love relationship depends of the staff sometimes they get my order right and theres times they complete mess my order
