  We chose to go through the drive-thru so it's a difficult to comment on the atmosphere. But the parking lot was dimly lit, and kind of gloomy. We arrived around 7:00 p.m. and they closed at 8:00 p.m. so they did not have all the donuts we wanted but they had a decent enough selection that we were able to substitute

  As soon as we entered the door the lady serving behind the counter- named Christian is on a personal call shouting profanities while completely oblivious to customers waiting to order. We are a family with small kids . She puts her phone fight on hold , takes our order as if she was doing us a favor and started. We wanted to order Croissant and cheese . She wanted to charge us for grilled cheese which didnt make sense at all. When we questioned Another coworker comes in and charges us a croissant and adds cheese roughly 3.75 and saves us while she was abt to charge us 5.00. Then she continues her fight with profanities again and had to come back and ask me my order again. I mean seriously, it’s holiday season and I pray her mess gets sorted but this visit was so unprofessional , so much negativity , plus she was really unpleasant and rude. This experience was horrible and I will be calling the corporate.

  Overall impression? My first and last visit to Dunkin. I thought America ran on Dunkin? I pre-ordered 6 donuts, one peppermint mocha and one strawberry lemonade via the app. When I arrived at the drive through, I was greeted with a cheerful recording greeting me and asking me if I wanted to try whatever upsell they were selling that day. Then the deep bored voice of what must have been a troll from under the counter came on and sighed "pull around." I was then given a box of 6 of whatever donuts they decided I deserved vs the ones I pre-ordered, both drinks and sent me on my way. The donuts themselves? Stale and dry. The peppermint mocha tasted like gas station coffee with a splash of milk. No peppermint to be found, and no whipped cream as promised in the app. No way did they pull shots and steam milk for it. That's $30 hard earned dollars I'll never get back. Hopefully the tree I watered with the gas station mocha doesn't die.

  Who ever the young girl is with long dark hair, she needs to be fired. I asked her if my drink was made correctly, because I only usually ask for a medium cold brew with one cream and one French vanilla and the coffee she handed me was super light so I just wanted to confirm and all she said was “I swear to God all people do in America is complain” I will be back to speak to a manager.
