I will not return to this Dunkin Donut again, food is too expensive to give customers just anything. If I wasn’t already at work I would have returned the dry crunchy bagel.

When I picked up my food I was missing hash browns. When I informed the employees they said I didn’t order hash browns. I told them I order the $5 Meal Deal and it comes with that as part of it. They told me there were no hash brown on the ticket (could not help me pull up my order on the app or provide me with their version of my ticket) so I must not have ordered them and refused to give them to me. I repeated that it comes with the meal that I ordered and got the rest of, but they told me they didn’t know what happened and couldn’t give me the hashbrowns.
