I also placed an online order for a box of joe, set for pick up in the store. When I got there the doors were locked. I could see my order at the counter and several workers inside. The drive thru line was insane. When I came to the door they wouldn’t let me in, despite the fact that the order was placed for pick up in store. Made me get in the drive thru line with 12 cars in it, I got to the window and was told to pull to a parking spot and was told since the order had only been placed 20 minutes ago, it typically takes 25 minutes to make the coffee. ??? Every time I’ve come to this location for a box of joe I have had an issue.
