    Rarely have cashiers and there will be 3 or 4 management types standing by self checkout watching and not offering to help even when you press the call button. This store has gone downhill and everytime I go in there I feel like I am being followed and treated rudely by managers. I am disabled and usually have a cane to help get around and when time to check out the managers just stand and watch me as I slowly process my sale. I have Never had one of them ask if I needed any assistance. I shop for groceries once a month when I get paid and my cart is typically overflowing. One would think they could see this and open a register and actually work. I was always taught when working retail that the number one way to prevent theft is Great Customer Service. Which means engaging with customers and asking If they need help finding things etc. And if you are suspecting them of stealing then you can easily ask if they need help finding something or if they found what they needed. And every employee can ask that when a customer is near. You don't have to suspect them of stealing, instead you and every employee spoke to a customer if you walked by one. Novel idea for employees to assist a customer. Who knows. Your sales might increase as well as customer satisfaction.
