  If you say Lees ice on coffee they charge you 1 dollars extra wow

  Ordered an ice coffee and a bagel sandwich, never received the Sandwich. Went inside and noticing hardly any traffic, tried to ask if I could get the sandwich or if I was ever charged for it. I'm sure the girls on the inside are lovely people, but when I'm in the only person in the lobby for a solid 5-10 minutes, would be nice if someone asked if I need any help. Coffee was good, about the only reason I didn't say anything else.

  Okay so the afternoon service is absolutely terrible, we showed up around 30-40 minutes before closing and ordered 3 drinks along with a dozen donuts. After we ordered we sat near pickup and waited, the service was VERY slow but we were patient because there was two people for drive through and front desk service but eventually one of the quiet girls pulled out our ticket, looked at it, then turned to the guy behind us and asked if it was his order, he walked up and said no. This girl then proceeded to rip our ticket off and pulled his out and then served his order, in which said order included 5 of the donuts we had already purchased. Meaning they literally sold our property to the man behind us. So they knew about our order and still served him what we had already purchased and owned. We then confronted the two girls whom one of which said “chill she’s new cut her some slack” but if she’s that incompetent, perhaps not hiring her would’ve been a better option? But I digress the girl whom was presumably the more veteran worker proceeded to give us attitude for THEIR mistake. It got to the point one of them had to phone the manager, and then the girl proceeded to lie to the manager WHILST we were standing right there, and did I forget to mention the girls refused to give their names so we could make an actual complaint over this, not at all honest mistake? mostly because of their behavior after they made a mistake. Anyway the girls then suggested us coming back for a refund the next day however that would inconvenience US for their mistake by making us spend more on gas anyway. Anyway the service sucks but we managed to get the refund we wanted.

  Worse dunkin every got 3 meal deals and asked for croissants got to window they gave me burnt bagels burnt hash browns and French vanilla iced coffee with no cream and suger tasted like dirty water and once I said I didn’t want bagels I wanted croissants they said they ran out of croissants and I asked why was the ice coffee so dark she said it’s cause they didn’t put enough coffee in there no the reason is you didn’t put cream and suger will never return to store again and I advise anyone else to try to find another one around
