  My food was cold which I get the dashers after them have to drive the order to me but my ice latte was melted because they made it before the dasher got there which doesn’t make sense for them to make it until the dasher gets there. My everything bagel had a big glob of cream cheese in one spot of my bagel like someone didn’t care about spreading it all over.

  I will never get anything from this location ever again. Got a large coffee with a sausage egg & cheese croissant. It was awful.. The coffee wasn’t hot so I ask them if I could get me some fresh coffee.. They took the cup of coffee I had back which I thought they wasn’t suppose to do.. I figured they would give me a new cup of fresh coffee. I was given what I thought was a fresh cup but it was the same cup I was given the 1st time & the coffee still wasn’t hot.. The croissant was hard as well.. I normally go to the other location that’s near I-85 but decided to try this location since I was close to it..I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but I will never go back..

  Beware...they say they are open at 5am, but they aren't. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived @ 5:30am, the store was completely dark, it's obvious no one was there. I waited at the window and no one showed. I had to call Dunkin to get my order refunded. I won't be using this Dunkin again.
