  Had to get my own refills, everyone was very lazy And then got sick right after eating zero stars and they need to be checked on because you shouldn’t be throwing up after eating at a place like this.

  I got the two for a $19.99 entrée I had the 10 piece boneless wings with potato wedges, and a triple cheeseburger with potato wedges. My boneless wings were so hard that you couldn’t even chew them which I got them from my one year-old. I then told my waitress that had the chicken tenders is way too hard. Do you guys serve any grilled boneless wings? She said no and asked me would I like her to remake them and since we was halfway through our dinner I just said no you could just remove them and charge me for the triplecheese burger and a potato wedges entrée and not the 1999, so my waitress took the food away then here comes her manager Jesse bringing the boneless wings back He then goes you don’t want them. I said no sir he said you sure and I said yes, sir he then walks away about 15 minutes ago past and we received our check and the $19.99 two entrées was still on my ticket so Jesse the manager he came back over and he goes. I can’t do nothing for you. I asked you three times if you wanted them basically saying I will have to pay for food that I didn’t even touch I told him if I have to get charge for something I didn’t eat to just remake them or bring the food back and I would just have to take it home with me. He then goes to say well I already threw them away. I told him before I didn’t want them because they was hard so why should I have to pay for them being on my ticket? He goes to say these are the best wings that we have made and they’re not hard because when I took it away, I grabbed one and broke it in half so I ask him well did you chew it to see and then he start raising his voice to me and my family yelling about the boneless chicken wings, he called the waitress back and he asked her to explain it to him because he don’t understand us as if we wasn’t speaking English! after about a good six minutes of him arguing at us and then I tell him I am not paying for something that I didn’t eat so he threatened to call the police on me which I told him that’s fine. He can do so, but I’m not paying for the boneless wings that I did not eat because when my waitress took the food I asked her if she can just charge me for the triple cheese, and the wedges that I did eat instead of the two entrée 19.99 after he got extremely loud which made me very scared ! I will never go to that location again ever he was very much rude and unprofessional. I have eaten there a few times and never had this experience. I also had my little children’s with me one year-old and four year-old and him yelling scared them. Everyone turned to look inside the restaurant at us. I don’t appreciate this at all me or my family Jesse needs to be fired. He wouldn’t even hear me out or hear what I had to say. He was just yelling at us. I asked him for the number to corporate. He told me that it’s on the door and that we can get out. I paid for my ticket and left very disappointed.!

  Called in an order through DoorDash and they didn’t have my order ready to pick up for over 30 minutes after they had arrived and then they forgot to give my Dasher my drinks and when I called them, they said they would refund me, but I haven’t seen it,,, the chicken wings were small and very hard to bite into so I won’t be doing business with Buffalo Wild Wings any more after this so good luck to you guys that want to try it, but look at the reviews because they do not lie
