    I used the app for the bogo sandwich. The app messed up and didn’t put the bogo after I paid. Called and tried to get it canceled so we could fix it. They refused to cancel so I went to pick up bc I wasn’t about to be out $20 and my food. Got to the drive thru and was told to wait a few minutes bc my order was being remade. I’ve already been sitting behind several cars at this moment but I was ok with waiting a few more minutes. Was told to pull up. I did. 10 more minutes (20 minutes since I’ve been there) I pulled around and went inside to find out my sandwiches are just sitting in the window not even being bagged up or anything. They forgot me. Horrible experience. I’ll drive to the other side of town next time I want Arbys.

    Two times in a row I’ve had to go back in after going through the drive through due to missing food or after getting home and sandwich missing a bun would not recommend this location

    Online order, ordered large drink should be 30-32 oz instead recieved a 20oz drink and drive thru attendant insisted that it was a large.

    Sandwich was a mess. Had to return to the store for a fresh one that was not thrown together. The wrapping was even torn like someone return it and they gave it to the next person. I don't know, but it was horrible. The manager dis make me a new one and apologized for it, but they workers should take more pride and have more respect for the customers that a paying for the food and it's not cheap! They should think about if it were them, would they want their food like that.
