I placed an order 3 hours ago and wanted it delivered and gave a $12 tip. As soon as the tracker said that it was delivering I went outside and waited by my front door. I waited outside for 45 minutes past the delivery time. Then I talked to the manager Heather who needs an attitude adjustment. Based on her attitude it explains why this place is going into the gutter. Supposedly the delivery driver Kyle came to my house and knocked on the door no one was there. I told him it wasn't true and the witch said that they weren't going to deliver it and that I could come and pick it up. Nope. I want a refund and I'll never go there again case closed

I decided to get a delivery and to start they made the pizza too early so it sat and was cold when it got to my house. Next, when I bit into the pizza it was raw and doughy so I called the store to get a refund and was met with rudeness by supposedly the manager, but she wasn’t a gm, so she told me they couldn’t give me a refund. How does a store that messed up someone’s order to the point where they can’t eat it not refund people? She actually ended up hanging up the phone on me too when I kept questioning her why she couldn’t do it. This experience alone turned me into a never returning customer.
