Please don’t go there this Easter Sunday afternoon if you don’t have the patience to deal with incompetence. The lady on the speaker couldn’t even take a 2 item order and almost charged me for extra items I never even mentioned.

Bathrooms had no toilet paper for my kid to use, white stuff all over the walls. Food looked bad , waited forever, no employees to help. The digital machines for ordering had no receipt paper. Customers getting upset seems like a disorganized mess. If other places can handle lunch rush why can they not. They spent all this money on making the restaurant look “updated” but have absolutely no quality in food or service.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent order placed for my daughter. She was genuinely excited to receive her first Happy Meal from your establishment; however, the experience was unacceptable.
The order arrived with the apple slices missing and the sandwich appearing to have been tampered with, as portions of the bun and patty looked as though bites were missing. While the delivery bag was sealed upon arrival, the condition of the food itself raised significant concerns.
Equally concerning was the resolution offered. A $2 credit in response to a compromised meal does not reflect an appropriate level of accountability or customer care.
This experience not only fell short of basic quality standards but also undermined trust. I hope you will review this matter internally and take appropriate corrective action to ensure it does not happen again.
