  PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE!! I’m not sure what the guy’s name is but he was an older white guy and he was incredibly rude. He yelled over top of us while we tried to give him directions and he wouldn’t even try to listen. We had to go downstairs and meet him for our food and he complained that our complex was confusing and he didn’t have all day to ride around and look for doors. He hung up on us at one point and the whole interaction was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Never going to order from this location EVER.

  We got the NY style 16 inch pizza and it leaves a lot behind. Thin crust wasn't soft at all seemed burnt no sauce. The boneless wings that were supposed to be garlic parm flavored had almost no sauce.

  I am pleased that the manager or supervisor assisted me with error with my app order. I was at the point of frustration and was on the way of making a corporate call to resolve the issue however she took care of me with kindness and grace after seeing my concern. I appreciate her respect and empathy over the situation and it shows how customers are valued. ps - i didnt catch her name however she was in charge 10/28 at 530pm and should be recongnized for great customer service!

  Decided to try it out. I was not wrong in my anticipation. We spent $22, didn't even get our whole order, had to ask the people there to check if our order was ready while they stood doing nothing, and couldn't even eat a full piece or the pasta. There are enough quality pizza places within 4 miles and for less money to get edible food.
