  I’m done ordering from here, manager on duty rude and doesn’t understand or even care to fix issues. Left a new employee who didn’t know what to do take my order. Pay 50 dollars for food which I’ve never paid more then $44 for 2 pizzas 1 garlic knot 1 wings, and 1 brownie with the papa pairing 6.99 deal. This time I only got 1 pizza 1 garlic knot 1 wings and 1 brownie for 50 dollars. I called to ask them what happened with the order the employee then wants to just be rude I don’t know what to tell you I read it back and I stated yes I also stated back my order and you stated it was 2 pizza and everything else but it wasn’t. I even looked it up on the app again to verify I wasn’t wrong on the price and I wasn’t. I order this food all the time no issues till now. Then on top of that they stated it would be 37 mins it took an hour for me to even receive my food which was wrong how am I going to feed 5 people with 1 pizza, why would I call to place an order for 5 people and only get one pizza. Properly train your employees before leaving them to take order by themselves when they don’t know what they are doing. Fix the issue instead of being rude and saying we read it back to you. Yes I understand but I read it back and as to what I wanted and the employee says she has everything and rushed me to pay. I’ve never been forced to pay card when ordering delivery, then stated are you tipping the driver I shouldn’t have I got cold food and he was rude. Horrible service and will not order from this location again.

  The food was hot, but portions size was minimal. Medium pepperoni and mushrooms. Mostly bread lacked sauce pepperoni and scant mushrooms. Plus 8 wings which were good. But not worth $31 w/ 10% tip. For take out.

  This was our 2nd or third order and I had 0 complaints until today. I live 5 minutes from this location. I did not have a vehicle so I placed a delivery order to be delivered at 6:30pm. It arrived at 6:36pm. No problem. I'm ok with that. However, all 3 items(pan pizza, cheese sticks, and wings)were barely warm and the "pan pizza" toppings, pepperoni and cheese, had slide to the back half of the pizza making the box a greasy mess. So, I called to see what may have happened. The person that answered the phone while not rude at first was telling someone else in the store what I was describing in an annoyed tone. There was some laughing and mumbling but I was offered a refund on the pizza only. I was also told topping slide off of a pan pizza and I should not see any crust even though I said I see half crust and the other is covered with cheese, sauce and pepperoni. I then explained everything I got was barely warm. Keeping in mind I'm 5 minutes away...More talking to someone in the store then I got a "Fine, we'll refund your whole order." I said ok and asked if I would get an email or something. He said he didn't know ow how that worked and I heard someone tell him 5-7 business days. Then he simply said bye. Needless to say we will not be ordering from Papa John's again.
