I was at the point of frustration and was on the way of making a corporate call to resolve the issue however she took care of me with kindness and grace after seeing my concern. I appreciate her respect and empathy over the situation and it shows how customers are valued. ps - i didnt catch her name however she was in charge 10/28 at 530pm and should be recongnized for great customer service!
