  Servers were nice but: 1. Bun was stale and smashed 2. spicey McChicken patty was cold, stale and small (I've had too many mcchickens in my life, this was like 2/3 of the size) 3. They gave me coke instead of diet, had to throw it away (wouldn't have been a problem if they didn't remove the drink machine from the indoor area) 4. Receipt wouldnt print so I can't even leave a review with corporate I only got a diet coke and a spicey McChicken (order #763)...Had to dip so couldn't get them to fix it

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. We stopped in hoping to get a quick bite to eat before we took off on an 8 hour road trip. Took 45 minutes to get our food. We couldn’t get the attention of anyone working there, as they were all hidden in the back. After we got our food, had to wait 5 more minutes for a worker to find straws and ketchup, that they left out of our bag. The ordering system here is so terrible. Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. And the food was cold and bad. We ended up stopping another hour down the road because we were still hungry :( shame. McDonald’s used to be a staple of well priced food, decent customer experience, and the hallmark of quick dining in America.

  I could give zero stars I would. It took 17 minutes just for an egg McMuffin and a hash brown. When I inquired about the delay, I was told that hashbrowns take two minutes. I said well that’s great cause I’ve been here for more than 15 minutes. No sorry no explanation other than it takes two minutes. The staff was rude. She rolled her eyes at me and just turned around and walked away like that I wasn’t a patron buying product in your store. I have never had one good experience with the Rocky point McDonald’s. Terrible terrible terrible service. If you can help it don’t go here. You will just be disappointed and leave frustrated.

  I ordered using the app. I walked in and the worker said they just reset their computers and it would take about 10 minutes. I asked if she could look at my order on my phone and start making my order but she said no. 10 minutes went by and my order still did not show up. I asked if she could just put my order back in, but she said no. She wanted me to cancel my order using the app but I could not because the app said my order had already started being prepared. Another 10 minutes go by and I tell them everything I ordered on the app and pay again. I was assured I would not be charged via the app since it never showed up on their end. My food came out shortly after. The food was hot and the order was correct. I say all of this so if it happens to you, ask them if they can put your order in again and pay at the counter. Make sure you don't get charged twice though.
