  I was picking up food for my family and got 2 party packs with just meat and cheese. When I got home the tacos had lettuce on them so I called the store and decided to drive back for them to redo my order the right way. I go in the store and the lady said she would start getting my new order ready. I got no apology for getting my order wrong and having to drive all the way back (25 minute drive) to get my order corrected. The cashier did offer me a drink for having to come back but that was it. I spent over $60 for this food but not 1 apology, no discount, nothing!!! I will never go to this store again and I didn't even mention how filthy the prep area was but I did take pictures that I am going to post on Facebook.

  I think y'all need to figure out your priorities, because they are wrong at the moment. The customers walking in the door are placing their order and leaving with their food within a few minutes, meanwhile I'm waiting 30 minutes, after I've arrived at the store for a doordash order that has already been placed. Why am I waiting that long? Why did it take you 40+ minutes to fix a small order, and only a couple of minutes to fix multiple larger orders? That's absolutely ridiculous, and I expect to not have that happen again. That was my review from a year ago. Now I'm having to wait through the drive through twice, I had to go back around for a second time because my second order wasn't ready. Now my first order is getting cold, but you're going to take care of everyone else the first time they pull through. Can you get it together?

  First Taco Bell that we've been in where we were greeted as soon as we walked in and then again when we left. Super friendly workers
