  Y'all need to let this new guy go. Its 7:30 am, no line, left us waiting for 10 minutes of straws gave us our food with no apology. Food got soggy and slightly stale. Not fast food, not good service, not good food. Why am I here.

  I have been going to this location since 2005 when I moved here. I would like the option to order my food through the employed cashier. Not be forced to use the self service kiosk. I am not against using it, but if I want to order through the employed cashier, I should have that option. Having to be made to do that today made me walk out. I can get food somewhere else. Taco Bell is not the only player in town. And for the prices we're being asked to pay for pretend Mexican in an area with cheaper and authentic alternatives like San Jose and El Jimador's, this is not the play you should be making. I'll gladly take my business to them.

  The lady said somebody stole my pick up order. And they were unwilling to make it again, unless I buy it again.

  To be honest the nicest drive through pickup experience. It’s little things. Being from north east littlest thing southern folks do makes me happy as I’m not used to it. I happened to ask some extra packs of hot sauce, the lady at the window happily handed me a handful of them. Never had that happened in my life. Amazing staff and amazingly made food.

  Force you to use self service monitors, they have someone there that is not allowed to use the register but I helps you use the touch screen…. Took way longer to use the touch screen than for them to just take my order. I’m against the job cut… last time I go there.
