  The donuts are good & fresh, but the service is horrible. The guy at the window was so rude and short with every response and acted like he did not care one thing about his job. Unfortunately all Krispy Kreme’s are like this now-a-days.

  This Krispy K store is disappointing, either they're out of doughnuts or the machine is not working. I just drove by today to may be order doughnuts, but I didn't even see any sign of life or activity around, so didn't bother stopping. In contrast, the Dunkin D close by has cars buzzing about the drive thru and people going in and out. It's a shame that I prefer Krispy K. This has to get better or let someone else run this store or something.

  This Krispy Kreme is awful. We have been multiple times the past couple of months, and each time they’re out of at least half their menu. The past two times, they’ve been out of the original glazed donuts… at 9 AM. I understand being out of a flavor or two every once in a while, but it’s a pattern and they have offered no apology or explanation. The employees are also unprofessional, extremely rude, and untrained. Truly so ridiculous and disappointing.

  I live in Roanoke Rapids and the nearest Krispy Kreme is about 40 miles away in RockyMount. Yesterday, I placed my online order around 5:30pm. I used the discount for getting a dozen glazed donuts for 13 cents with the purchase of any dozen. I chose to build my own dozen. I stopped in a store in my area first because it would have been closed by the time I returned to Roanoke Rapids.i arrived at the Krispy Kreme around 6:30pm. I informed one of the workers that I had an order for pickup. She told me that she could not find my name but could see the order. I showed her my order confirmations from the website and my email. I could see that the display case was very sparse. The girl went away and returned with who I assumed was the manager. She immediately told me that I needed to request a refund. I told her that I did not drive 40 miles for nothing. I had to insist for her to give me something in substitute. I did not get anything of what I ordered. As she was bagging the boxes, she was telling me something about they no longer do the red light and something about something that happens at 5:00pm. Whatever it was did not seem to matter as it was well after 5:00pm. I commented that I expected my order to be already for pickup. The manager said they do not do that because they get in trouble when people do not pick up orders. I ordered: 1 x $0.13 ORIGINAL GLAZED® DOZEN WITH A DOZEN PURCHASE (1 x $16.00) = $16.00 1 x BUILD YOUR OWN DOZEN (1 x $18.49) = $18.49 1 x Chocolate Iced with St. Patrick's Sprinkles 1 x Chocolate Iced with St. Patrick's Sprinkles 1 x Chocolate Iced with St. Patrick's Sprinkles 1 x Caramel Dulce 1 x Caramel Dulce 1 x Caramel Dulce 1 x Original Glazed Cake 1 x Original Glazed Cake 1 x Original Glazed Cake 1 x Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled 1 x Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled 1 x Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled The pictures are what I got.
