Our sausage breakfast burritos were split open, but at least the sausage we waited 15 minutes for was hot. We were also the only ones in there, the air conditioner was on when it was like 45 f outside, it took them two minutes to actually acknowledge we were there, and they took our order not with the obvious cash registers up front but with the drive through register off to the side. So we had to raise our voice to tell them our order and hand our phones to employees to get them to scan coupons. (Of which, we didn't get the coupon food.) We were going to sit down and eat in there but it was too cold.
- MPMatthew PerryNov 13, 20251.0Went in there just a little bit ago the girl who took my ordered was ridiculously slow and I order a bacon nator with only ketchup large fry and large drink and some bacon nator fries the bacon nator only had top bun bottom bun 2 patties and ketchup no bacon. If I new I had to be literal with what I want and explain it to the lady what to and not to put on my burger I would’ve went somewhere else and the bacon nator fries actual had bacon on it and chese but only at a tiny spot in the middle.

My suggestion would be to stop serving yesterday's left overs and increase the price enough to buy potatoes big enough to eat! We don't mind paying a little more as long as we feel like we are getting what we pay for.

My boyfriend and I had cold burgers, the food is just disgusting here definitely won't return 😒 its just sad cause its the wendys closet to where I live but come on now! Doesn't matter of they are busy or not the food is never fresh or hot
