- TTTashavaJul 29, 20251.0I love subway but i will never order from here again! I placed an order for delivery through the app and doordash delivered (dasher was GREAT!). I took my sandwich out the bag and thats when things went downhill... I requested flatbread and they gave me regular bread, i asked for pepper jack cheese and instead got provolone, there wasn't any oil or vinegar as i had requested, and there was so much mayo and mustard on that sandwich that the paper had turned yellow. Since i was at work I called and spoke to the manager who flat out told me it wasn't his problem that i should be complaining to doordash( who only delivered the sandwich)! He further went on to tell me there was nothing he could do.. Seeing as most food places operate off customer satisfaction I was very displeased and shoched with how the manager handled this whole situation. If you want poor customer service, rude management, and poorly made sub sandwiches then this is your place but me on the other hand I don't care for it so subway had lost a customer. Youre better of getting a sub out of HarrisTeeter!! Thank you subway for ruining my evening and my dinner that cost me nearly 20 bucks!

I called back over and over because they kept seeing my number and kept hanging up on me. So I had to get in my car to go back and when I got there and asked for the owner's phone number they said they didn't have it. I just wanted to let them know to look at online orders more closely but instead this turned into a bigger ordeal. I eat there on a regular basis but I will not go back. They are very, very rude.
