  My food came out lukewarm warm. The chicken was rubbery. When ai told the waitress she took my food and warmed it up which made the chicken even harder to cut and chew. I left most of the food on my plate. Bartender was fantastic and she was very attentive and friendly! I did have an upset stomach later on that night.

  The food was bad - shrimp were tasteless or worse. We’ve been on vacation for 2 months and this is by far the worst meal we have had. Avoid this place if you can.

  I typically enjoy outback but after another hour we finally got our food and it was cold, sent it back. the steak and chicken were hot but the loaded mashed potatoes were still cold and they didn't give me my 2nd side. According to staff multiple people complained about their food...Hopefully it was just an off night. She did take appetizer off for the screw up so there's that.

  We arrived at 630 for dinner. On the walk to our table we noticed a lot of empty dirty tables. Our server came about 5 minutes after we sat down. We ordered drinks and asked for water for our 6 year old. We ordered mushroom and she asked if we wanted bread.. she left and likev15 minutes later we got our mushrooms, still no drinks. When they came they gave our 6year old a regular glass of water.. I asked for a cup with a lid and the young man looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I said he can not drink from late big glass. He left the table. The rest of the meal was very slow, we had to ask for refills, it took 10 minutes to get sour cream for my baked potato. We sat there waiting for our meal and noticed that the tables around us were still sitting dirty. After we got our food we ordered dessert, another 15 minute wait. We asked for the check another 10 minute wait. The same tables around us still dirty My thing is this, they were not even busy, maybe 15 tables in the whole place. The employees were hanging out in the back instead of tending to the dinning room. I talked to a manger and all he said was "I understand and please come back again.

  1 Hour & 10 minute wait in the car side to go for 60 wings...the craziness is unreal! Not to mention that I called this in at 11:30AM for a 6:00PM pickup. I want to like Outback because they have good food but they make it extremely hard sometimes!
