    I have twice visited this location in the last two week and they got my order wrong. They are incompetent when I order by their numbers on the menu and screw it up. Burn me twice you won't burn me again!!!

    Let me start by saying that I have worked restaurant's my whole life, so I have a very good understanding of how things work and am very patient and understanding when I comes to mistakes, customer service, items being 86'd, etc...for example, when I order w milkshake at 7:30pm and the ice cream machine is down, I completely understand have no ill feelings about it. But it does upset me when I get to the pick up window and see the cleaning supplies next to the ice cream machine, I also understand that they broke it down and cleaned it early and just told me it was down cause they didnt feel like making it and having to clean it again. I know there is I cut off time when yall stop selling milkshakes and ice cream, but thats at 9 or 10pm. Knowing that, I went there early cause my 7yo daughter asked me for a milkshake and now i get to explain to her that she doesnt get one because the staff were too lazy to make it and broke the ice cream machine down before 730pm. There is no way that machine is broken as often as im told it is at this location, but ive never spoken on it until tonight when I saw the real reason I couldn't get a milkshake...if nobody likes making them, maybe stop selling them...
