  If I could describe this location in one phrase, it would be as such: "It Starts At The Top." Before I began working at this establishment back in June, I honestly despised this store as a customer. I had so many negative experiences compared to positive, and I was interested as to why so often I encountered these issues during my visits. So, I decided to seek employment to get a better understanding as to the inner workings of a Dunkin' franchise! And boy was I surprised... My time dealing with the General Manager at this store was by far the most abysmal, unprofessional, unproductive, and unpredictable experience I've EVER dealt with from an Administrative Authority. There are MANY problems, but I'll focus on some that highlight the negative impact that many customers face at this store. Scheduling and Staffing at this location follows zero guidelines or standards. There's no concrete shifts as to which employees can expect to work as the General Manager rotates employees fluidly at their disposal. So, if you have a second job? Best of luck establishing consistency with Dunkin'! Looking for a second job to supplement employment for irregular hours? Good luck providing other jobs with availability: You don't have the consistency to set times AND receive ample hours at this restaurant. I've only experienced ONE job where an employer provided employee schedules the day before they're scheduled to work. At this Dunkin' Franchise, you're given your schedule the Friday or Saturday (1, MAYBE 2 days) before the subsequent work week! I was literally scheduled to work 7 AM-1 PM on a Saturday afternoon, asked to stay over for extra hours to aid the store, then WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, was scheduled to bake at 2 AM the VERY NEXT MORNING. Mind you, an entire week had passed in which the General Manager had time to schedule, but they waited until the afternoon on Saturday to put out the VERY NEXT WEEK'S schedule?! How can any employee expect to function at their best when their not given the professional courtesy, let alone RESPECT to value their time and energy? In terms of staffing, I've never seen or worked at a fast food location that REFUSED to schedule workers to operate the store. Regardless of the field, I've never seen a business where a store can be open WITHOUT a manager present. Yet, I've seen this Dunkin' franchise operate solely with HIGH SCHOOLERS present alone! Vulnerable individuals without access to managerial functions, or simple customer transactions, such as refunds. While working, you literally don't have time or people to clean the restaurant itself! Basic employee duties such as General Sanitation and Cleanliness were ROUTINELY ignored on a daily basis because employees did not have the support or time to step away from the drink or kitchen area. When I took the time to address the General Manager AND District Manager regarding professional issues at this location, not only was I ignored, but my Hours were IMMEDIATELY reduced! If you took the time to speak to management, you were genuinely punished and reprimanded like a child receiving punishment for disturbing adults in conversation. There was sincerely no guidelines being followed for scheduling, staffing, and basic operations at this Franchise, and with a General Manager leading by neuroticism, employees at this location will always be set up for failure and discrimination.

  There is guy that works there he’s about 20 years old and he is so disrespectful to females. He always talking about slapping them or calling them out of their names. But when the young lady speaks up for herself and sends that threat back, guess who gets reprimanded? HER and guess who is protecting him? Females.

  All the staff is cool and the energy is right but maaaaan are they slow 15 minutes to get 2 regular black coffee's is ridiculous...isnt the point to try and get in and out quickly for just some coffee. Shouldn't be this long of a process.
