The level of unprofessionalism at this location is unacceptable. Let’s start with Victoria, who claims to be the manager yet demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and competence. Her attitude is dismissive, and her ability to perform even basic job duties — including making a pizza — is seriously questionable. Then there is Andy, who also claims to be the manager, followed by Jennifer....I was told by Victoria that Jennifer is the manger but when I called Jennifer, Jennifer stated she works for a towing company. The revolving door of so-called “managers” would be laughable if it weren’t so concerning. This establishment is a joke, and frankly, so is its administration. This franchise clearly does not respect paying customers. The staff across the board lacks accountability, professionalism, and honesty. They lie, deflect responsibility, and treat customers with open disrespect. Everyone at this location needs immediate professional development training focused on customer service, accountability, and basic workplace conduct. Until that happens, this business does not deserve customers’ time or money.
