  We came to get an ice cream at 8:00 pm on a Tuesday. the doors were locked. We went to the drive thru, it took several minutes for anyone to respond. When we went to order, the person taking our order was annoyed we were there and very short with us. I seriously doubt we’ll be coming back. This isn’t the first time we’ve come to this location and have felt very unwelcome and like we are annoying the workers for having to work. There is never any customer service going on. No, “Hi, welcome to DQ” no “thanks for stopping bye” nothing. These businesses need to understand that customer service is crucial in a customer service job. It sucks wanting to have a fun treat and spending hard earned money on frivolous things can’t be enjoyed because the workers are so ornery and uninviting.

  We drove for many miles to go to this Dairy Queen. The place was spotless, very clean. The person waiting on us spoke softly and held a set of keys the entire time she took our order. The order was wrong and we joked about it, assuring her it would be 'okay'. When my best friend asked for onion rings instead of fries because she was getting the combo when she only wanted the sandwich, the woman rolled her eyes and said 'Let me get my manager.' The manager did indeed take care of the order by issuing a refund and taking the correct order. It was 10:00 pm not closing time of 11:00 but we did not feel welcome. Not the best experience.

  Makes absolutely no sense to have 1 worker on a Sunday and they can only do but so much. Only fulfilling 1 order at a time so in drive through 20mins per order is ridiculous. Where is the district manager or somebody because this ridiculous.

  My son and I stopped here this afternoon. Jackie waited on us and also made our order. She was very sweet, very attentive, and very helpful. She bantered with my son and I, and she also made our blizzard and brownie cupfection. Our ice cream treats were delicious. When we left she was taking out trash outside. I could tell that she was a very hard worker and deserves to be recognized. Thank you Jackie for making our trip enjoyable today!
