The place is about half full and we finally order 30 minutes in as we are waiting for the staff to take our main order. We place a simple order with nothing added or special ordered. By 940 we get our order; however, three orders are completely wrong and one order was not even fixed until we asked where their order was. When the missing order came out it was still wrong. The men’s bathroom had dried urine all over the floor, urinal casing, and the toilet. They took the price of the missing order off the total but we will NEVER go back. This establishment needs a thorough examination of their service training and health regulations.

I just ordered 20 wings. Wings are your specialty. What... ?? 😑 And it's not busy. And then at 3:24 they bring out the wrong order... with the right receipt attached to it.......... Now at 3:30 there's a line........ No attendant. A gentleman in line just asked me has anyone been out here...... This is my first time at this location and will be my last time. #RockyMount I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in years and this is why.
