- MTMartina TaylorDec 22, 20251.0This is the WORST Bojangles I have ever been to. I have tried this location a few times giving them the benefit of doubt. This time the experience only got worse ! We ordered a Super-tail family meal after having a long day of Christmas shopping. We were immediately told we had to wait 25-30 mins for the meal. We thought that was ridiculous but agreed to wait. We were told to pull into a park Adjacent from the drive-through window because there was car that was already waiting head of us . After waiting almost a hr and seeing several cars getting served in the drive thru line, we decided to the drive thru again which was now completely empty by now ! When came to the window we were told they were out of Mac & cheese and we will have to wait another 10mins !!! on top of that our food wasn’t even hot ! The customer service was very poor & Nonchalant with a little attitude. Thus location has most definitely put a bad taste in mouth for Bojangles; which use to be one of the favorite fast food restaurants to visit.

They had a bunch of traditional "southern" items such as fried chicken, pork chops sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, mac & cheese, green beans, dirty rice, etc. The staff wasn't very friendly and slightly gave off an attitude. The little food that we could see through the window looked old. We received our orders and some of the chicken pieces weren't fully cooked as they were pink. The small bite i had of dirty rice tasted good and well seasoned. We asked for a refund as we didn't want to bother with new food...remember half looked old and the staff had attitudes BEFORE we received food so we weren't taking those chances. They begrudgingly gave us a refund and we left quickly.
