  Came through the other day and today and the lady taking the orders has a serious attitude! Don’t work with people if your going to have an attitude yall just opened why you already starting with your attitude?!

  I went through the drive-thru and requested my iced coffee drink to be half caffeinated as it was later in the day. The employee taking my order told me it was not possible to make it half-caf, which is a very common request that I don't have a problem getting at any other Dunkin or coffee shop for that matter. He argued with me and when I requested the manager he claimed he was the manager. I left without buying anything and was extremely disappointed.

  Staff is insanely amazing!! So nice, fast and pleasant. Always upbeat and happy. Oh and did I mention FAST. Love this location

  One of the best DD’s I’ve ever been to! The service is very fast, polite, and the orders are always accurately delivered. My latest visit couldn’t have been better. I wish I had the name of the gentleman who serviced me to personally acknowledge him.

  Ordered oatmilk lattes which were made well. Went through the drive through and the employees were beyond friendly and accommodating. I was actually even asked me to take a sip and make sure the temperature was how I liked. Wonderful service!
