  Decided to go enjoy a Sunday dinner with my family and its apparent we chose the Wrong place when we arrived there was a sign to sit ourselves which we did and then the poor service began 🫩 our server (amber) comes over and greets us and takes our drink order brings our drinks to the table 10 mins later then proceeds to take our order she returned to the table twice to ensure the order she wrote down was correct....we waited and waited and waited that 45 mins went by and still no food we literally had to ask about our food she said the cooks were new and our food was coming and waited another 10 mins then finally food it arrived my sons burger was wrong and he had the wrong side, and my daughter didn't get a side at all with her kids meal and I was missing my second side when we notified her that my sons burger was wrong she nicely rolled her eyes and it was clear she was frustrated or overwhelmed (literally she had 2 tables) she sent the burger back they swapped the bottom bun and bought it back out we sat at the table shuffling food around trying to fix plates after she said she was bringing the 2 missing sides and it didn't our food was cold, and she never came and offered a refill so we sat the entire time with empty cups ....i spoke with a manager who did fix our bills for us but it was disappointing all the way around the food and the service I definitely dont intend to be back ever ..

  Horrible service. Waited for our server even to talk to us for probably about 20 minutes then she was extremely rude and sharp with us. She managed to take drink orders for a table of like twelve and then make their drinks. Take their food orders and then bring them their food. They even had their boxes for their food before our server came back with our drink order. In that 50 minutes we weren’t even able to order food.

  This is the best BWW I have been to in years. Oil seemed fresh, chicken was not dried out and seemed cooked to order. Amount of sauce was perfect. Took a risk and as other BWW recently have been off as I travel for work. Well done to the team at this location. (Edited for spelling corrections)

  Our server Jonathan started out great. They brought us a free appetizer for the long wait then we received the 3 kids meals but the adults never received our meals. Server came and asked us if we needed to go boxes for the food we didn't receive and seemed to get upset when we brought it up and asked him to take our food off the bill since we didn't receive it. Had an attitude when he brought our card back and slammed it on the table without a word. Never even apologized for the issues. Maybe he just had a rough night but it was really a big difference in how he greeted us versus how the experience ended.

  The food was great. The location was clean. My only issue was the service. The server never gave us her name and she seemed to be very irritated coming to our table. A smile could definitely help or getting another job if you’re unhappy
