Today we got a family 20 piece meal and every last piece of chicken was over cooked dry and even some burnt! They only gave us 4 out of the 8 pieces of chicken the meal comes with, also only 4 out of the 8 biscuits came with it . Also it was supposed to come with 12 supremes and it looks like to make enough they broke several in half to make it look like 12 pieces when it was really only like 8 full pieces. And on top of that it took almost 30 min to even get the food. Bojangles has gone down hill fast in multiple locations and it’s sad. But worst of all I think it’s most fast food places that are like this now a days.
