    We ordered thru the app and the there were no condiments in the order. I ordered the burger for the first time and asked for no sauce. I received extra sauce, the burger had so much sauce the burger fell apart. The bun was like soup. DISGUSTING!!!

    Absolutely the worst so called restaurant in Rocky Mount. When city council is all fired arbys Rocky Mount should go with them. Rude, horrible cold food, wrong order and when you point out that there is no turkey at all on your turkey sandwich they give you complete attitude. Management all the way down to the people that sweep the floors .... Which also apparently does not happen regularly. Do not waste your money at this dump. We will never eat at arbys again period this obviously is the standard they are happy with.
