  This is Friday February 27th I went to Sonic and ordered fish they brought me fish that was very burnt I think because of the Grease please don't buy fish here these people do not change their Grease

  Food tastes good, but three straight times they've given me a BACON Triple Smasher with no bacon. I'm not entirely sure how you can leave off THE VERY FIRST INGREDIENT when someone is paying $15 for the meal. UPDATE: upon driving back to the location, I was offered bacon to put on my burger. When I said "no, I drove 10 minutes home and ten minutes back, I want a new meal" I was told that I could only get a burger. Ya know, because fries are really expensive or something UPDATE 2: the remade burger was ALSO wrong. Supposed to be plain burger with bacon. Not plain AT ALL. UPDATE 3: burger number 3 still had cheese on it. Making number 4. It's been an hour now. Wondering if I will ever eat again...wasting away.

  My kids had gift cards from Christmas that they wanted to use at the sonic and after we had ordered, I told the cashier we had gift cards to pay with, and they said that the gift cards “freeze up their whole system, “ also another time we visited this location for Wednesday, which they advertise us having 1.99 kids meals They had to be told to make it 1.99 and they still charged us 5.99 - we had to get them to refund us. It happened to 3 other families that were with us too! Just absolute incompetence, they didn’t care one bit either. We won’t be returning to this location.

  THEY GAVE ME A *MOLDY* BUN ON MY BURGER!!! That, and evidently they don't know their own machines and won't listen to customers for crap. Overly stingy with the icecream today too, which just adds insult to injury. I'm guessing the red-head woman I talked to in the drive-thru was a Lead or something, but she was condescending as all hell. I won't be back for a long while, if ever.
