My husband just went through the drive-thru and ordered 5 biscuits. One biscuit had several strands of black hair in it, and another had small pieces of what I'm assuming is plastic in it. Ive been to many Bojangles' throughout SC and NC, and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The last time I was here, I was told to pull up and wait, waited over 20 minutes outside, finally went inside, and the food still wasn’t ready. This location has some serious cleanliness and service issues. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Bojangles. Absolutely disgusting!

waited 15 mins for my meal. After being told to pull up and sitting there for 10 mins while multiple cars got their food behind me, i finally decided to walk in and they hadn’t even started on my food. No apologies from them. Just handed me my food and walked away. Learn customer service!

Food is fine but I wish let would let someone know there would be a 30 min wait. If you advertise something, it shouldn't be that much of a wait. Get it together people.

The food is usually good and cooked fresh, but the service could use some help. I stood at the front counter for around 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I get there working on orders, but how about the guy that was leaning against a counter waiting to be told what to do? He could have at least acknowledged customers and seen we had mobile orders to pickup.
