  Service was top notch! My chicken chipotle club was made to perfection. The employees provided friendly service and the dining area was spotless. Will definitely be back

  I ordered a Jetta punch smoothie and it did not taste right at all and I asked if it was possible to get another one made they told me it was nothing that they can do and made me pay for another one.

  Friendly staff however, the ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The toilet seat was hanging way off and it literally looked like someone had shaved their private hairs all over the seat - literally. The toilet paper dispenser had the tiniest bit left on the roll, but has 3 full rolls within the 360° dispenser. The catch was the thing wouldn't spin! The tiny roll left had pre-perforated sheets so you get the teeny-tiniest possible sheet one at a time just like the paper towel dispenser that spat out the world's shorter sheet so you had to spend 5 hours putting your hand back over the sensor to get another tiny paper towel. The changing table and floor were covered with used paper towels and other random trash. On top of that, the smoothie was bland with giant ice chunks. I've been to many Tropical Smoothies in NC and SC and never encountered this horrible of an experience. The smoothie and cleanliness of this one was truly appalling. The staff was friendly but they certainly need a maintenance schedule and better training on the standardized smoothie recipes; replace the blender blades so it's a smoothie and not an "ice chew". I literally had to get rid of it and go down the street to a coffee shop for a frozen beverage instead.

  I’ve been coming to Tropical Smoothie for a little while now and they never disappoint. The smoothies are always fresh and actually taste like real fruit, not watered down like some other places. My go-to is the Bahama Mama but honestly everything I’ve tried has been good
