  If you're looking for a terrible experience, this is the place for you. Rude employees, long waits, incorrect orders. I keep telling myself that I'll never go back to this McDonald's and a year or so later I decide to give it another try only to be disappointed again. Today, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food after being forgotten about in the drive thru. Once we made it home, we checked the food and it was entirely the wrong order. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.

  Always a issue with food or wait when you go here, never had a time when I haven't had food wrong, missing, burnt or having to wait way over 10 mins from the drive thru for food. Very long wait times constantly and as said food can be kinda 👎🏼 and good luck getting help from inside as you will be ignored for a while. I've had them FORGET me after pulling me up in the drive thru 🤦🏻‍♀️

  Some staff are very very helpful and polite others are very rude and dont care about their job. Half the time my order is wrong. But altogether its not that bad .

  I have NO intentions of ever stepping foot in this McDonald's establishment again! I live in Rockingham and occasionally pick up delivery orders from here too. This one thing I can assure you, the customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST out of all the restaurants in Richmond County, NC. From the moment you walk in, it is guaranteed you'll wait at least 10+ minutes or more before the staff care to acknowledge you're standing at the counter, regardless if you've ordered from the kiosk or are there to pick up a delivery. People who work there, will walk past you several times (and it could be at least 5 employees or more), won't greet you, ask if you've been helped, NOTHING! Obviously, they are just there for a paycheck and don't care about you or the food they're "serving you". I worked 4 years for McDonald's when I was in my late teens/early twenties and we had to greet the customers. These days, I am appalled with the attitudes this present generation has, especially in the "hospitality industry." So, heed my advice as well as others' when patronizing this McDonald's in Rockingham, NC. And don't think the drive -thru is much better, because you might end up with something missing from your order or neglect to check it, and get home and you find out, it's all wrong!

  I order 10 minutes in advance and somehow my food is never ready. When it finally is, it’s either made wrong or not my order at all. I’m consistently forced to wait 20+ minutes while on a time crunch, which completely defeats the point of ordering ahead. The last straw was being told my order “wasn’t in the system” after I never received my food—despite the drive-thru employee clearly having it. At that point, I had to ask for a refund because I couldn’t even get what I paid for. Denied. I’ve given this location chance after chance, and every single time something goes wrong. This place is disorganized, unreliable, and a waste of both time and money. I won’t be returning.
