I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and a chicken pesto flatbread. The chicken quesadilla was missing my chicken, none in sight and the pesto flatbread was DRENCHED in oil. It soaked through the paper inside the bag. This was so bad and not to mention, the food was cold as well as being wrong. I called and I was told they would write my name down because I didn’t have time to go back up there.

They have these young staff working at night; rude, disrespectful, didn’t speak, poor customer service and no “thank you.” I called the manager this morning and she totally disregarded my complaint as if my concerns were not valid. She tells me she doesn’t have to apologize or make it right because she didn’t see an issue from the camera when she looked at it. I will never go back to this location tropical smoothie in Rockingham again. I will drive to Moore county tropical smoothie, because I refuse to patronize with a business whose staff is rude.
