Then, you call and complain and they want to bring the rest of your order after you had completed your meal. They would not offer a refund for what they left off on my order. What good is that? So, I did decide to have them bring out the rest of my order, that should have been delivered the first time, so i called back. I wasn't about to just give them what i had already paid for. The second call I made, I was hung up on as I was explaining to another person that answered what had happened. There was absolutely no threats or abusive language and no reason for the person to hang up on me. This is the service that you receive from Papa John's! I think you get the picture. I would not recommend ordering from Papa John's. Just look at the ratings. This was the first time that I had ordered in several months due to the same issues. This time i have learned my lesson. Thank's for reading!

Ive worked in fast food before and at minimum 3 people should be working the inside. I can’t complain about the wait because its not the employees fault they’re understaffed so frequently. The food is great as always but obviously management needs to improve. Papa Johns please do better.
