I am a little concerned this morning. I used the drive thru at 5am and ordered two large decaffeinated coffees. I was told to pull up to the window. As I am sitting there waiting for my order I see the man pouring first water into two large cups and then pour coffee into them. When he tries to hand me my coffees I say “just to confirm, these are decaffeinated coffees correct?” He then proceeds to tell me that decaffeinated coffee is “basically watered down coffee”. I said no, it’s not, it’s coffee that has had the caffeine removed. He snickered and rolled his eyes. He then asks me to pull up. After 15 minutes he brought out two coffees. I’m just curious how many other people got served watered down coffee instead of decaffeinated coffee? There are people with heart conditions that can not have caffeine.

This McDonald’s drive-thru must be sponsored by Disney, because every visit turns into a full-length feature film. They tell you to pull up, and then—boom—10 minutes of waiting like I’m auditioning for “Fast & Furious: The Slow Meal.”
I’ve spent less time waiting on oil changes, construction crews, and my dog deciding where to pee. If you’re hungry right now, this ain’t the place. If you’ve got time to age like fine wine, pull on through!

Our marching band played at the high school football game. The stadium did not have the ability to feed our crowd. We ordered 45 hamburgers and 45 medium fries through the app. The order did not go through immediately and the staff had no idea that an order of that size was coming in. They could've easily just declined the order and told us they were unable to fill it. Instead, the cook walked past the counter, gave me a fist bump and said, "Don't worry, we got you." They rocked it out and got us taken care of in 20 minutes. No muss, no fuss, and even joked with us during a very stressful time. Staff, you have my thanks. The kids were very happy. Great job!

Went there Halloween night took 40 minutes to get food store was filthy no management at all....a workers mother was there talking about 'hope somebody talks about her daughter threatening people '....smh....never again will me and my family go back....

Completely horrible. Wait 10 mins to order with only one car in front of you at menu and watch 3 others go by on other. If you can’t handle one line don’t have 2. Then wait 10 more minutes to get to window just to be told to pull up to wait spot where there isn’t one cause all of them are already full. So wait 5 mins for one to open. Wait another 10 mins then have to go in to get your food cause came out twice asking what you had and then nothing. But there’s more, another 10 minute wait standing inside because they have no idea where the order went. Rude, inconsiderate and just plain and simply lazy and SLOW. Slowest “fast food” ever. Gave 2 star on food cause at least the burgers were ok but fries were stale
