I’m consistently forced to wait 20+ minutes while on a time crunch, which completely defeats the point of ordering ahead. The last straw was being told my order “wasn’t in the system” after I never received my food—despite the drive-thru employee clearly having it. At that point, I had to ask for a refund because I couldn’t even get what I paid for. Denied. I’ve given this location chance after chance, and every single time something goes wrong. This place is disorganized, unreliable, and a waste of both time and money. I won’t be returning.

If you can't manage both lanes, then shut one down and CLOSE it off. Stop letting customers sit there in silence because you can't be bothered to let them know. It's poor customer service and just lazy.

I went once for just a large coke it took them no joke 10 minutes. And if you order food with your drinks? Oh you're there for at least 20 minutes. Go literally anywhere else BUT here.
