  I'm a DoorDash driver and this location was extremely disorganized. The DoorDash app stated that after 2 PM orders must be picked up through the drive-through. When I followed that instruction, I was told to come inside instead. Once inside, an employee told me that EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS U AVAILABLE and that the customer would need to cancel the order. It nothing is available, I don't understand why this location is accepting online orders or even remaining open. This wastes the customer's time and the driver's time and creates unnecessary frustration. Management seriously needs to address inventory communication and order handling.

  I can't review the food because I couldn't push myself to eat it. The dinning room was disgusting and the kitchen followed the trend.

  Very unprofessional and mismanaged! Profanity usage on the front line of the store, between shift leader and crew members. As our representative observed, there were upset CUSTOMER'S and food delivery drivers in the dining room observing this catastrophe of a restaurant. Sadly to say, but even more horrible to see! As we observe other reviews in the concerns of this particular establishment, it only makes us wonder who is in charge, and apparently it is no one. What happened to good old fashioned unmatched exceptional CUSTOMER service? Our representative stated, that among the CUSTOMER'S in the dining room where an elderly couple trying to enjoy a nice Sunday breakfast, and instead received front row seats to the arena! Bojangles if all this is going on then who's making the biscuits? 🤔 We have observed other CUSTOMER'S reviews, why haven't you Bojangles? You are the only voice that the customers have in these matters, so if not us, please listen to your paying CUSTOMER'S while you still have them!🤔 UNIVERSELL GIVES THIS ASSET OF BOJANGLES , LOCATED IN ROCKINGHAM NORTH CAROLINA 👎👎👎👎 for unacceptable poor CUSTOMER service. The people have enjoyed you for decades, and if anyone is like most of us we would like for that to continue, so here's a sales pitch from us to you and your establishments, "LET'S GO BO"!
