  Was very disappointed yesterday. Stopped by around 6pm and they hardly had anything. My 82 yr old mother wanted glazed and jelly filled donuts. My spouse wanted variety pack of donut holes. It was sad. I asked why they didn't just make more and was informed they were shipped in from Raleigh. Ny'Asia was very patient with me while I texted what y'all had and find out if my mom or husband wanted any of what was left. I did leave with dozen donuts coffee and just 15 jelly filled donut holes, but they were not what we had a hankering. Perhaps someone should plan better for popular items to last longer. Thank you

  Close your location. Yall consistently cannot keep hires and apparently consistently cannot count.. We ordered a Frozen Coffee and a Coolata with a small amount of coffee. What we got was not consumable we had to buy milk on the way home so we can use our ninja blender to fix these drinks. Instead of four pumps in the frozen coffee it has to be almost 8 pumps of coffee concentrate, it immediately started pooling at the base of the drink.. And for the Coolata it has to be at least 6 pumps. This is disgusting. PLEASE DO ROANOKE RAPIDS A FAVOR AND CLOSE DOWN make it into a panera or something else. The Dunkin location at Oasis always gets it right even with new hires.

  Slow service, it took them 15 minutes to bring us 4 donuts and an avacado toast. They also didn't put any avocado on my avocado toast.

  I have never been to any Dunkin’ Donuts with service this slow. Didn’t even want our order anymore. The sad thing is there was more than one person working.
