  We ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and an egg and cheese biscuit it took 10 to 15 mins to get our food. And watched so many get their food and leave?

  We stopped here mainly for the indoor playground so the kids could stretch and play during our long trip. The customer service and food were decent, and the bathroom was clean. The playground area was a bit dirty—it's unclear how often it's cleaned—but it was still good enough for the kids to enjoy. Close to I95 so easy to go back on the road.

  Staff are nice! Food is good. Price is reasonable. This place is always busy but timing is the key. Can't blame them for having many customers appreciating the palatability and affordability of their food. 😊🙏🫶

  I want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible team at the Chick-fil-A in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina! From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru every single member of the staff delivered the kind of warm, genuine hospitality that makes Chick-fil-A special—and this location takes it to the next level. Jorric took our order with the most polite Southern charm anyone could ever wish for. The personnel here are absolute rock stars. They’re friendly, efficient, and go above and beyond with a smile. Whether it’s remembering a regular order, double-checking that everything is correct and hot, or offering that classic “My pleasure!” with real sincerity, they make you feel valued and appreciated. Another young lady that we are happy to single out is Shannon. She noticed our two German Shepherds hanging their heads out of the rear window and cheerfully offered up the fact that this location has pup cups! The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and delicious as always, but what really made the visit memorable was the outstanding attitude of the entire crew. We were personally addressed by the on site management, Kenlyn when we asked for the names of the two young ladies for the review. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, the team at Roanoke Rapids Chick-fil-A restores your faith in great hospitality. They clearly take pride in their work and in making every guest’s experience exceptional. If you’re in the area—whether traveling on I-95 or just craving some top-tier chicken—do yourself a favor and stop by. This location is a shining example of why Chick-fil-A sets the gold standard.   I ordered a carry out to-go order and said I was there before even making it to the restaurant. This was a stop on my roadtrip and normally carry out is quicker than drive thru when cars are backed up onto main roads. I was waiting on my food for over 30 minutes while others in the restaurant were waiting for over an hour. When we received our food our large fries were half filled and all of it was lukewarm at best. Thats me being kind. I will never be spending my money at this chickfila ever again on my frequent road trips up and down 95.
