  This restaurant is a joke. Drive-through line 9 cars deep so I went inside only to be asked to go back outside in the drive-through. Waited at the drive-through 18 minutes asked was I gonna be helped or should I go somewhere else? I got the smartest answer from the rudest person I will not be going back and I highly advise you not to go.

  Why is Arby’s short staffed - hire more than needed so this won’t happen - 10 to 15 minutes wait time is unacceptable. Staff didn’t pull anyone up who he’d cause a line to form , Do better Arby’s -

  I ordered through the app and one sandwich one cold and old and the other sandwich had mice feces on it. I will NEVER eat at this location again!

  I drove 30 mins to grab food from another local business and stopped here to get my mom her dinner. 1st thing they were out of Arby's sauce and then when I got home I realized they forgot to put the roast beef sandwich in the bag. I was to far away to go back. In the end I had to drive 10 mins to the Arby's in Emporia to purchase another sandwich for her. Long store short I should of just stopped at the Emporia location vs. this one.

  Forgot an order of fries, forgot to put tartar sauce on the fish sandwich, and the toilets were clogged. Took 15 minutes and we were the only ones inside.
